He is founder of GoodWorks Group providing nonprofit consulting and philanthropy advisory services to a wide variety of client organizations. Mansoor's approach is to build the skills, knowledge and confidence of client leaders, staff, volunteers, and boards that leads to sustained fundraising success and secured lifetime relationships with donors.

Mansoor believes that by focusing on people, creativity, and the science of giving, nonprofits can secure their share of the nearly $1 billion in charitable support that is given away by individuals -- every day!

He began his fundraising and development career at Cornell University and was senior vice president at Brandeis University. He served as chair of the Council on Foundation's Family Foundation Conference (2004), and is an adjunct faculty at Case Western Reserve University in fundraising and philanthropy. His passion for philanthropy and Ithaca, New York, he worked with community leaders to found the Community Foundation of Tompkins County (2000). Recently, after serving as consultant identifying a new approach to development at United Way of Greater Cleveland, Mansoor helped implement transformational innovations as its Chief Philanthropy Officer (2016-18).

With a passion for both rewarding the altruism of donors and improving the effectiveness of nonprofits, Mansoor founded GiveNext, an innovative donor-centric payment application that allows donors to transact and manage all their charitable giving from a single source.

He earned his BS and MBA degrees from Cornell University. Mansoor is a Madison, WI native and, like LeBron, calls Northeast Ohio home. LinkedIn™ profile.

"Ideas are the currency of today's fundraising. Successful organizations will find solutions at the intersection of data, science and design. The best nonprofits reach donors with a powerful message that gets attention in an attention-deficient world."
